St Hilda’s Harpenden Puffins End of Year News

The Puffins have enjoyed a fun filled last week this week.
We started the week off with a visit to the hall where there was a Little City set up! Our hour there passed so fast as we played at being firemen, café owners, builders, hairdressers, vets, doctors and many more.
On Tuesday, we were lucky enough to have a visit from Ellie Irving who has written a book called ‘Oh Armadillo This Party’s All Wrong!’ Ellie read us the book and we found the armadillo very funny when he mixed his toothpaste up with cheese! Thank you for coming Ellie – we really enjoyed your visit.
Well… Our final day in Puffins has come!
We have had the best day! Sprinklers and bubbles on the field in the morning, a party tea for our snack and so much dancing and singing!
We really have loved having you all in our Puffin flock, watching you learn and grow!
Have a fantastic Summer Puffins and we will see some of you again in September. For our older Puffins moving up to Nursery, good luck – we will be sneaking into Nursery for the odd hug or two!
