Complaints

From time to time there may be occasions when parents wish to raise issues on behalf of their children. The School is always open to such matters. All problems and complaints are taken most seriously at St. Hilda’s and are treated in a confidential manner and with respect. It is the School’s policy that complaints made by parents should not rebound adversely on their children.
